Usually, the suppliers will send goods to our warehouse. It’s easy for us to check quantity and quality, then arrange container loading and shipment. If your goods is not enough for a full container, we will arrange LCL(Less Than Container Load)shipment. The handle process is same, simply to rent a truck to ship your goods to customs warehouse before loading.
However, if your don't have a lot of goods, your suppliers may not agree to send goods to our warehouse. In such situation, we will rent a truck to pick up goods from supplier. Then consolidate to our warehouse and combine to one container for shipment. There will be some extra fees need you assume, such as truck rent fees, parking fees, uploading and unloading fees to workers.

Nothing products can import from China to your country without documents: normally with Certificates of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L (if goods ship out by sea) or AWB (if goods ship out by air), and other necessary documents, these documents must be prepared in English.For example, if the goods were packed in wooden boxes, then need to prepare a heat treatment certificate or fumigation certificate.
You must inform the supplier in advance and prepare the following documents for export：
1. Packing list. The supplier shall provide the main records,including packing list name,time,number,variety,shipping mark,quantity,weight,gross and net weight,packing unit,packing method/material/specification,etc.
2. Trade contract (the consignor shall provide the original). The trade contract is a paper agreement with legal binding force composed of the rights and obligations of both import and export parties in foreign trade according to laws and negotiations.The contract of an exporter is established for the purpose of exporting goods,so it is also called a purchase and sale confirmation or order contract.
3. Power of attorney for customs declaration (provided by the consignor). It is a written proof that the consignor entrusts the carrier or its agent to go through the formalities of export customs declaration and clearance. The consignor shall timely deliver all export documents required for customs declaration and inspection, and shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the export documents.
4. Letter of authorization for inspection (provided by the supplier). When the product is exported and the customs code is marked as "B", it is necessary to carry out the export commodity inspection, and prepare the customs clearance form and certificate renewal voucher, both of which are obtained from the commodity inspection department in the area where the enterprise is located. For example, the commodity inspection clearance form (for solid wood furniture), fumigation (for solid wood furniture, and solid wood packaging), animal & plant inspection and quarantine certificate (for animals and plants), health certificate (for food)
5. VAT invoice. The Chinese government encourages enterprises to export, and implements the preferential policy of export tax rebate for the export goods of some ordinary taxpayers. VAT invoice is issued by the factory, and its main function is to handle export tax rebate.
